Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Exxon stock surged to its highest level since January in early trading Wednesday as investors cheered a bullish forecast for the oil and gas giant.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 28.9 points, or 0.2 percent, to 26,053.90.
The S&P 500 gained 2.6 points, to 2,878.10.
The Nasdaq composite rose 0.7 percent, or $3.13, to 5,632.80.
